Account Payable Specialist

Overview:

Analyzes invoices and expenses for accuracy and eligibility of payment. Ensures timely and accurate payment of general payables for the company. Prepare accounts payable register and related reports in a timely manner. Responsible for purchase order oversight and administration. This person will assist the department in general accounting duties and participate in other general office activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to- day Accounts Payable process for assigned area.
  • Prepare weekly cheque runs and submit to Staff Accountant for payment to ensure timely payments to vendors.
  • Enter all non-electronic invoices and ensure proper coding and authorizations are obtained.
  • Responsible for reconciling payables to vendor portals, ensuring vendor credits are accurate and resolving differences.
  • Maintain all vendor master data and complete routine audits on vendor master file changes
  • Prepare all necessary month end entries to record credit card transactions and reconcile credit card statement monthly.
  • Review all employee expense reports in Expensify, ensuring compliance to the corporate T&E policies and procedures, for approval and process reimbursements.
  • Assist in implementation of Purchase Order module within NetSuite or externally.
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts through identifying areas within accounts payable and accounts payable related processes for improvement and proposing solutions.
  • Assist in preparation of weekly cash flow forecast.
  • Prepare ad-hoc vendor analysis, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years’ experience in accounts payable or similar role
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of accounts payable standard operating procedures and best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail, motivated, able to handle multiple tasks, and prioritize accordingly.
  • Ability to work as a team member, interact with all levels of employees throughout the organization.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and NetSuite, preferred.

Brand Manager

Overview:
As our Brand Manager, you will be a key member of Leesa’s Growth team. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be highly motivated with a proven track record of managing consumer brands. You understand what it takes to tell a compelling brand story and how to create a smart content marketing strategy. Working cross-functionally with other leaders across the business, you’ll help elevate Leesa to be one of the most reputable brands in the sleep industry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • At a high level, the Brand Manager will be accountable for three areas:

1. Brand management

2. Content and influencer marketing

3. Organic social channels

  • Refine Leesa’s brand positioning and help craft external messaging that elevates the brand.
  • Partner across teams to help plan and execute marketing programs to create better brand awareness, support new product development, and drive revenue.
  • Analyze, monitor, and report on the impact of marketing programs against goals and objectives.
  • Work with the e-commerce, performance marketing, retail, and product teams to refine the annual marketing calendar that will drive category sales and brand engagement.
  • Create marketing briefs grounded in consumer insights with input from the product and e-commerce teams to help meet growth and engagement goals.
  • Partner with creative, retail, and ecommerce teams to ensure our brand messages are being communicated clearly and effectively across all customer touchpoints.
  • Analyze marketing trends to identify new customer acquisition opportunities and report learnings to leaders across the business.

Qualifications:

  • Background in direct to consumer (DTC) brands and e-commerce.
  • Classically trained marketer from CPG or similar industries or brand agencies.
  • Experience with content and influencer marketing.
  • Proven track records of managing consumer brands in small and nimble environments.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • High energy, resourceful attitude.
  • 3+ years of experience running integrated marketing programs.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills with a high proficiency in developing project plans and creative briefs.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional role with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in Domo and other analytics tools a plus.
  • Curiosity in an environment of learning and growth.

Digital Production Designer

Title: Digital Production Designer

Overview:

Are you self-motivated with a collaborative style that brings your best to every task you’re given? Then we want to hear from you!

As the Digital Production Designer, you’ll join a rapidly evolving in-house creative team and will need to be a self-starter with a portfolio demonstrating broad experience designing digital marketing materials. You should be highly organized and love getting the details right across a high volume of assets and making sure everything organized and easy to locate.

This role will primarily execute digital marketing deliverables for our products from conception through production. We need someone with a design-eye, experience with e-commerce, and the technical skills to implement a high volume of tactics across digital marketing channels. We take great pride in creating high-quality work that amplifies the premium quality of our products.

Qualifications:

· 2+ years digital design experience. Whether at an agency, e-commerce, or omni-channel retail brand, you’ve tackled a wide range of brand, marketing, and advertising projects.

· 2-year design degree or equivalent training/credentials. You have an excellent eye for photography and typography.

· A solid portfolio. Your work applies best practices across a high volume of assets.

· Understanding of consumer branding. You naturally champion a brand by understanding digital trends and can discern which is applicable and relevant to our brand.

· A collaborative approach. You’re a humble design partner to your cross-functional teammates and crave feedback/analytics to help you craft effective solutions.

· A growth mindset. You’re open, with the energy and drive to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Director of eCommerce

Title: Director of Ecommerce

Department: Growth

Location: 100% Remote OR Virginia Beach, VA

Reports to: Chief Growth Officer

Overview:

The Director of Ecommerce will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of Leesa’s Ecommerce P&L. This Director will partner with the rest of the Growth team to develop and execute the eCommerce strategy and growth plan, including Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain/Logistics and Operations as well as the partners retail business environment. The candidate will possess superb analytic skills, digging deep into data to craft critical objectives, strategies, and tactics, and then turning insight into action to drive results. They will shepherd development of the marketing plan for the online channel while cross-functionally aligned with merchandising and marketing as well as the logistic team. This will include continuous testing and analysis. They will partner with Finance to enhance our forecasting and reporting tools, introducing a new level of accountability and transparency. The Director of eCommerce will be an inspirational, collaborative leader adept at leading through influence. They will serve as a critical change agent, providing insights that drive new ideas. Our Director of Ecommerce will focus on delivering a multi-year digital strategic plan to meaningfully enhance Leesa’s role in driving transactions online and to our partner stores.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree required – MBA/Masters preferred but not necessary

· Previous global ecommerce experience

· Deep understanding of UX/UI with customer experience at the forefront

· Strong marketing sensibility and ability to balance content and commerce

· 12+ years of experience in Ecommerce

· 7+ years of planning, executing, and analyzing B2C email marketing campaigns.

· Experience across multiple channels, including push notifications, in-app messaging, direct mail, and SMS is a plus.

· Experience with customer engagement platforms and email service providers ESPs.

· Strong technical expertise managing complex global ecommerce platform initiatives

· Ability to partner and work with a centralized global team with various priorities and objectives

· Ability to influence others and champion for projects on the brand’s behalf

· Passion to drive top-line growth using web marketing, analytics and multi-channel leverage

· Analytical and brand marketing mindset

· Ability to apply analysis to influence business decisions to drive retail performance

· Track record of creating and executing traffic/business driving initiatives that resulted in real synergy between retail and .com; has executed successful channel integration strategies

· Strong technical and operational skills

· Strong communication skills with the ability to present and discuss both analysis and strategy to executive management.
