How do I wash the Down Alternative Pillow?

Machine wash with warm water on the delicate cycle.  Air dry or place in dryer on “air only” or “no heat.” 
We recommend laundering with some sheets to even the load and keep it balanced. A spin in the dryer helps reinvigorate the loft and keeps the fill distribution at a comfortable level.
